The shoulder strap measures 71 inches before trimming. The product comes in the One Size option. Arrange the full-length strap for the intended arm, then adjust the fastening to establish the fit.
Choose the intended side
The same sling can be configured for an adult left or right arm. Choose the intended side, then arrange the forearm support and shoulder strap for that arm.
Fit the chosen layout
Use the wearing guide to compare the parallel-front, crossed-front, and diagonal-back routes. Position the forearm supports, adjust the hook-and-loop closures, and keep the strap uncut while trying the arrangement.
